What’s up? I am happy you are here, and taking this important step toward your mental health and wellness. My goal is to to create a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment. My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and collaborative, and every session is tailored to meet you where you are. With years of experience in the mental health field, I understand that therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about transformation.
I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Multicultural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting to help clients break free from negative patterns, process past trauma, and move toward emotional wellness.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, I’m here to help you find clarity, regain control, and build a life that aligns with your values and goals.
Let’s work together to reset, refocus, and step into your full potential.
